Break your unwanted patterns and optimize your life
Meet your coach
Hi, I am Sawi
I believe growth doesn't have to be loud or forceful. You simply get to learn the power of progressing. No one starts their journey at the same place, no one walks at your pace. Remember that it is always okay to ask for help. I will gladly be of support if you need someone along the way.

Frequently asked questions
What is a life coach?
"Life coaches help clients discover their full potential, life coaches provide an objective third-party view to offer guidance and act as a sounding board. A life coach is not there to provide all the answers or do the work, but to show their client the way for them to find their own answers or the best way to accomplish their own growth." How do I know if I need life coaching?
- You feel stuck, unfulfilled, or out of rhythm like there’s more for you, but you’re not sure how to get there.
- You are working toward growth, yet clarity still feels out of reach.
- Maybe you’re in a life transition, or just craving something deeper and more aligned.
- You want change, but find yourself looping in the same patterns, tired of going it alone.
Life coaching brings structure, clarity, and grounded support to help you reconnect, realign, and finally move toward the life you quietly know is meant for you.
Do you have specific certification that makes you qualified to be a life coach?
My path has been shaped by movement, discipline, and deep listening. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and have spent over a decade coaching in many forms : karate (where I earned my black belt at 14), flag football, athletic conditioning, and personal training in commercial gyms. These experiences taught me not only about the body, but about resilience, focus, and the quiet power of consistency.
Over time, my work deepened. I became a certified life coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School, and trained in guidance counselling, expanding my ability to support others through emotional and mental transitions, not just physical ones.
How many sessions do I need to break an unwanted pattern/cycle?
It depends on how open and consistent you are, and how ready you are to do the inner work. Not everyone walks at the same pace or starts their journey from the same place. Book a FREE discovery call and let’s try to answer the question together.
